Citigroup E-Business Analyst - C10 - CIUDAD DE MEXICO in Ciudad De Mexico, Mexico

The E-Business Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Outline workflow processes to increase the efficiency of the marketing organization

  • Produce campaign analytics reports as required and assist with the development, writing, and communication of Marketing plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs, project recommendations, and presentations

  • Ensures that all locally-developed creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines

  • Assists with writing and editing of promotional online literature, newsletters, direct marketing, and Internet marketing projects

  • Works effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing and Communications team to communicate, coordinate, and integrate Marketing and Communications, and apply best-in-class practices to all efforts

  • Develops opportunities to add additional value to other department initiatives

  • Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity

  • Reviews Marketing materials and make recommended edits

  • Manage third party vendors to deliver web functionalities

  • Ensure agreements with third-party vendors are executed and well maintained

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience

  • Proven content management and e-marketing skills

  • Results orientated individual

  • Thorough knowledge of business and Internet banking

  • An understanding of financial products and their dynamics, new marketing techniques and industry and market trends

  • Must have depth and breadth of knowledge and understanding of new media and technology enabled online marketing solutions

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Experiencia:

Recién Egresados de Licenciatura (Económica, Actuaria, Matemáticas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o a fin)

Experiencia en puesto similares (Análisis de Información/ Data) 1 año- Deseable

Conocimientos en : Excel, Power BI, Tableu, Acces, Visual Basic, etc.

Ingles: Básico- Intermedio (Deseable)
