Citigroup Officer - HR Onboarding Quality Analyst for APAC and EMEA, Philippines-based (Hybrid) in City of Taguig, Philippines

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer- HR Onboarding Quality Analyst for APAC and EMEA , Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. In this role you are expected to:
Ensure onboarding requirements are submitted by candidates timely and accurately:
Perform continuous tracking and chasing of any identified onboarding related actionable items
Conduct reports analysis and documentation of onboarding tasks progress and/or completion
Provide regular updates to the team and stakeholders, and raise any risks identified to prevent or reduce escalations
Facilitate training sessions depending on business needs, such as cross training of peers and/or new hires in case of expansion of support due to volume of deliverables
Provide exceptional stakeholder experience by responding to onboarding related inquiries via e-mail and/or ServiceNow (SNow) cases in a timely manner
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to hiring, including but not limited to data privacy, records management, and document retention
Serve as primary liaison between key stakeholders within the region in terms of recommending business priorities by advising options, risks, prioritizations, and delivery timelines
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure
Has at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in recruiting administration and/or staffing, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry (previous relevant internship experience is an advantage)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model
Has good communication skills , both in oral and written forms
Is customer-focused and detail-oriented
Has effective interpersonal skills and with proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
Is team-oriented, with the ability to adjust in support of timelines and deliverables
Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Has demonstrable proficiency in using HR systems and communication tools, preferably Workday Recruiting, MS Teams, and Zoom, among others
Is adept in using Microsoft Office Applications
