We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash Management Analyst, Philippine Domestic Dollar Settlement (PDDTS) - Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for oversight of Financial Institutions processing within the Cash Management Services Unit of Citibank N.A. Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to :

  • Responsible for end-to-end operational duties and timely, accurate processing of domestic and foreign cash transactions for the PDDTS Clearing and WorldLink Operations.

  • Responsible in supporting CMS FI Lead in ensuring daily tasks are delivered timely and accurately.

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet client expectations.

  • Responsible for the overall end to end service performance and risk management for all functions performed by the 3rd party non-Citibank external vendors. Ensure the vendors are performing according to established standards.

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation and balancing of General Ledger accounts. Ensure all open items are investigated and resolved within the established turn-around times.

  • Responsible for managing operational risk in all the processes performed by the group and ensuring that adequate controls are implemented, processes are accurately performed and consistently executed. Ensure timely escalation of all exception items which cannot be resolved within agreed turn-times.

  • Responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders for any requirements related to transaction processing, ad hoc/ special projects and functions .

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time-sensitive and high-risk environment

  • Great attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

  • Positive attitude and a good learning ability and interest in building, sharing and improving their own knowledge base

  • Possesses team orientation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in computer operation tools like MS Word and MS Excel

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management

  • Effective verbal and written skills

  • Effective communication and analytical skills

  • Effective relationship management skills

  • Intermediate level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
