REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 11/10/2024 - 08/31/2024. Must agree to work Mon- Tues, 9 hours per day, Wed -Fri, 8 hours per day, Sat, 8 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Set up maintain, repair, and operate irrigation equipment; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or under filling, and drive to planter, market or storage facilities; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery; Attach farm implements.
