Job Overview Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and development programs. Essential Functions Schedule training events and workshops, coordinate with instructors, obtain and distribute required instructional materials, and communicate schedules and details. Communicate with University of Cincinnati employees, trainers from external organizations, professional training group members, and consultants via phone, correspondence, or in person. Process enrollments and answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Oversee room reservation process and maintenance of physical space and materials, which may include coordinating technical support, unlocking and locking training rooms, and tracking technical equipment. May utilize HR information system and/or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs or instructors. Participate in special projects related to Training and Development and/or Human Resources Serve on appropriate HR and university committees. Perform related duties based on departmental need. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement Required Experience One (1) year of professional work experience. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
