We're looking for a Sr. Implementation Project Manager to join our ever-evolving Partner Implementations and Conversions team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the role: In Sr. Implementation Project Manager role, you will use best-in-breed PM tools to help us drive a seamless onboarding experience for our new partners. This will include overseeing the launch of new products and services, managing multiple workstreams and phases of a partners GTM approach to bring business to Worldpay, and ensuring partners leave Implementations ready to own and drive a payments business What you will be doing: Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution. Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Operating as the main point of contract for our external partners throughout their onboarding experience with Worldpay What you will need: A bachelor's in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles. Advanced skills with project management software. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.
