Description

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team in the design and architecture industry, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations

• Handle invoicing with effectiveness and precision

• Execute account and balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining accuracy and timeliness

• Manage general ledger entries and updates

• Perform month-end close activities, ensuring all financial data is captured and reported correctly

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting

• Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal utilization of resources

• Be present in the office daily for the first month, following which there could be remote work flexibility.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.

• Familiarity with General Ledger is essential.

• Must have the ability to manage Journal Entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience in Month End Close is necessary.
