Role reports to: Director Category Excellence FDC Location: Cincinnati, OH Travel %: 15% Pay: $119,000.00 - $205,850.00 What you will do: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Category Insights and Analytics to join our team, specifically supporting our partnership with Kroger. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of our consumer health products through deep insights and strategic analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in category management, data analytics, and a passion for consumer health products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead category insights and analytics strategies to support Kenvue's product portfolio at Kroger. Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats within the category. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive category growth and optimize product placement. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders at Kenvue and Kroger. Monitor and report on category performance, providing regular updates and insights to the broader team. Build and maintain strong relationships with Kroger's category management team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in category management, insights, and analytics, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry. Proven experience working with large retailers, with a strong preference for experience with Kroger. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as Nielsen, IRI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships. Preferred Qualifications:

An Advanced degree (i.e. MBA) is preferred

Experience with Kroger analytical tools and process knowledge (84.51 Stratum/ On-Demand, IRi Gateway Solution, KOMPASS, and new item set up process/ Venus)
