Given our exciting and aggressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Sr Analyst GTM to join the Global GTM team. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the processes that drive sales, marketing, and product teams to successfully bring a product or service to market. This analyst ensures that all components of the strategy are aligned, effectively communicated, and executed to achieve business objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, providing the necessary tools, data, and insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic initiatives You will work a hybrid style schedule (2 days/week in office) out of one of our hub locations: Cincinnati, Denver or Atlanta. What you'll own The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and collaborative leader that has experience working with cross-functional teams. Main responsibilities revolve around planning, execution and analysis. Content: Develop training materials, playbooks, and sales enablement content to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools required for successful delivery of commercial goals. Process Optimization: Identify roadblocks and inefficiencies in processes; develop plans to streamline; implement and document best practices, leveraging technology to enhance productivity where possible. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data and sales performance to inform and refine GTM strategies; define key KPIs then assist in development of reports and dashboards to track effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives; use data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between various teams and departments to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to align on objectives and resolve issues. Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to sales teams by answering queries and ensuring they have access to the latest information on not only product and solution deliveries, but efforts to improve processes and remove roadblocks. What you bring BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience as analyst in Operations, Sales, Go-to-Market, or Product Management. Ability to lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility. Creative problem solving that identifies new and innovative ways to grow the business. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Data driven mindset with ability to translate data and analysis into concise stories.
