Job Responsibilities:

Shift Supervisor- Build relationships with fellow employees/team members and site client. Work with team members to be one cohesive unit. Willingness to coach and learn from team members. SOC and OneKey training and proficiency. Conduct training exercises with your team members. Must be flexible with schedule when site issues arise. Ableness to issue corrective actions to team members when warrented. Able to meet tight time requirements for projects.

Patrol- Interior and exterior patrols, breaks, emergency response, escorts, door unlocks. Walk on average 5-7 miles a shift.

Static- Control access to building, proper badge protocols, sitting and standing.

The Security Shift Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Security Shift Supervisor maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
