Job Description

The Procter & Gamble U.S. Business Services Company is seeking a Service Delivery/Success Manager (Cincinnati, OH) to develop and implement measures to ensure high availability for SAP ECC, S/4, Java and related systems. Fully document and standardize operational procedures with appropriate controls to ensure operational stability and facilitate infrastructure activities. Support ongoing SAP release and deployment projects, as well as SAP HANA Administration & Performance Engineering. Provide analytical skills to evaluate system performance, system health checks, and implementation of tuning improvements. Provide 3rd level support in HANA Enterprise Cloud Technical Operations SAP BASIS administration. Provide expertise in Solution Manager Architecture and troubleshooting solution manager connectivity issues. Identify connectivity issues impacting monitoring. Local telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. 10% international travel required.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of SAP ABAP Development, Administration and Managing Mission Critical SAP Workload experience.

  • Must have experience with: ECC to S/4 Transition Architecture; SAP E2E Performance Engineering from ABAP, Java to Live cache, advance performance report generation trouble shooting, analysis, and self-monitoring

  • S/4 HANA Enterprise Management (Level 3 - Advanced); SAP BASIS Administration (Level 3 - Advanced); SAP Solution Manager (Solman) (Level 3 - Advanced); Technology Troubleshooting (Level 3 - Advanced);

  • Performance Management for SAP HANA or Oracle DBs; SAP Integration Software as well as 3rd party alternatives such as Boomi or Axway; and Creating SAP Landscape architectures.

  • All successful candidates must pass a technical interview by P&G internal experts in the SAP Basis space and in addition the P&G standards for hiring including an online evaluation and 2 PEAK interviews. 10% international travel required.
