At ClosetsbyDesign, our growth has created a need for a Sales/Operations professional position that reports to General Manager and Ownership.  The ideal candidate will have proven success in Business Development.  Seeking a logistical and operational minded professional that can hold team members accountable to process and using data to drive performance enhancement.  Must have characteristics; * Excellent communicator in both written and verbal formats, one on one and in larger groups. * Detail Oriented * Able to consider the impact of changes beyond them directly and their team * Represent your team members in a positive manner, but be willing to stand with ownership decisions as if they were their own * Ability to flex work time to support their team which include some calls during evening and weekend hours * Proficient in working in office environment and the tools and discipline to work from wherever * Hard worker with high motor, but calm demeanor and no drama attitude * Basic+ understanding of technology with skills using Google Docs/Microsoft Office to create efficiencies * Ability to learn dynamic proprietary software * Devoted to constant self-improvement, development and learning * Stable work history * Proud of accomplishments but a humble leader * Comfortable conducting interviews/confident in ability to teach and train others  We have a transparent business model that is proven.  Training, and execution of our model by a detail oriented management professional will lead to even more success.   We believe revenue follows culture.  A fun but high performing environment-always developing our talent and celebrating our many wins is what we are all about.
