Sales, National Account Manager – Dental Service Organizations, Oral Health (Central US and Canada)
In this role you will have the responsibility for driving and expanding the partnerships between Philips Oral Healthcare and C-Suite Level executives within the Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The National Account Manager (NAM) will own the relationship with the DSO and will work with internal stakeholders to manage the execution of strategic partnerships.
Your role:
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, while demonstrating year-over-year growth in account revenues through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
Responsible for creating strategic partnership implementation plans in conjunction with the DSO and launching inside of both organizations.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Understand key factors affecting DSO’s and their patients.
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless service delivery. This role is expected to display leadership qualities within the organization.
Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to DSO Director, Director of Marketing and Sr Director of Sales.
Utilize data and analytics to inform strategies, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in dental industry, and National Account Management/DSO preferred
Experience in long-selling cycle and pipeline management
Strong analytical and organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of other disciplines both inside and outside the organization
Travel upwards of 50% of the time

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $136,000 to $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
