For more information, please visit our website ator connect with us onor Job Title: Sales Coordinator Work location:REMOTE Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, business hours The Sales Coordinator is responsible for establishing and supporting a partnership with the assigned Sales Rep to maximize their selling time and account growth activities, achieve excellence in all levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately be a contributor to the achievement of department and company sales goals. This role will directly support the customer in lieu of the Sales Rep as needed. The Sales Coordinator will be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the company in alignment with Sun Chemical's strategy, guiding principles and customer satisfaction. This role will lead the resolution of service issues that directly impact customer order fulfillment. The Sales Coordinator will provide world class service by establishing positive customer relationships while enhancing customer satisfaction and confidence. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Actively manage assigned portfolio of accounts by coordinating activity and acting as a liaison between the customer and the various functional areas facilitating transitions to new products, trials of new products, etc. Process and manage day to day purchase order follow up activities for assigned accounts. Manage the Change in Demand process for the assigned customers. Initiate changes based on trend analysis of usage and coordinate the information with supply chain, as well as updating salesforce.com. Trend analysis and reporting of customer account activity to effectively manage the customer account/relationship. Maintain and manage customer master data both in SAP and salesforce.com; which includes submissions for new or changes to existing customers, data cleansing activities in conjunction with sales, and approval for all customer master data change requests submitted by other parties. Entering into ETQ for resolution; customer complaint investigation into root cause analysis, provide details and summary of corrective and preventative actions to sales/customer. Follow up on issues that need addressed and recommend corrective actions when appropriate. Customer visits with Sales Reps or independently; lead customer calls/meetings, attend quarterly business reviews. Manage returns and credit requests for assigned customer accounts by gathering the necessary information and coordinating the activity with the Billing/Returns team. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years in a Customer ServiceSales Support roleor Sales role. Client-driven with strong people skills. Excellent level of proficiency in business communication, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
