With customer/end users. With vendors. With Mnfg. Reps. Ability to navigate and use P&G IT systems, ie. P&G AV portfolio, Request static IP, CMDB device registration, search for policies and requirements etc. Lifting 50lb, Monitors etc. Use of power and analog tools, ie. Drill driver, pliers, screwdriver, wire cutter/crimpers, soldering iron, cable terminator, signal tester etc. Have or be able to obtain AV manufacturer certifications, Biamp, Shure, Poly, Jabra, Clear One, Crestron... Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.Plug in Video kits, Cam/Hub/cables Monitors, Projectors AV signal transfer devices Audio amplification and microphones Conference phones, DSP devices Device management portals via network.Poly Lens, Jabra direct, Cisco control hub, Asure TP admin, etc. Associate degree in audiovisual technology or related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience as an audiovisual technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and technologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., audio editing, video playback) Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Valid driver's license and clean driving record Qualifications: Certification in audiovisual technologies (e.g., InfoComm CTS) Experience with digital signage and video conferencing systems Knowledge of computer networking as it relates to audiovisual systems Team Leadership/Coaching skills Ability to balance competing priorities Personal characteristics - Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports and has excellent customer service skills.
