Prominent commercial and industrial equipment manufacturer in search of an experienced quality assurance manager to lead a department of individuals and develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing. This leadership role also requires hiring and training QA personnel. Role heavily involved in the testing and auditing process, excellent benefits and relocation offered.

responsibilities:

• Ensure proper training of quality and floor personnel

• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspections

• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance and trends

• Identifying and resolving quality issues

• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring the company meets internal standards, legislative requirements, and other regulations

• Training: Developing and implementing training content for internal audit programs

• Reporting: Providing metrics and reporting to business leaders on the health of the internal audit program

• Collaboration: Working with other departments and managers to ensure quality alignment and integration
