Description

We are in search for a Project Assistant to support a special project. This role involves a range of tasks including document management and data entry, with a focus on utilizing Microsoft SharePoint. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Convert documents into PDFs using SharePoint and save them in a new system

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Manage timelines to ensure project deadlines are met

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint for various tasks

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries

• Maintain and organize files accurately

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven skills in Customer Service, able to handle queries and provide solutions promptly

• Proficient in Data Entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Ability to Manage Timelines effectively, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring a systematic and efficient filing system

• Skilled in Scanning documents, maintaining quality and accuracy

• Familiarity with using Microsoft SharePoint for document management and team collaboration
