GCBHS Program Support Worker in Cincinnati, Ohio

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a full-time Program Support Worker to perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at our East Walnut Hills location. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm Why Work at GCBHS? Your role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services. Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Prefer experience dealing with the public or some courses in a social sciences field Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required Previous experience with Word, Excel, and MS Outlook preferred Previous data entry experience preferred Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks Ability to handle incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system Skill Competencies: Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexibility with assignments Excellent filing skills Ability to work well under supervision and independently Ability to function as a team player Ability to communicate with people in stressful situations Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to assist staff and clients Basic computer knowledge GCBHS has been named a Top Workplace 13 years in a row!
