About The College of Arts and Sciences The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati is accepting applications for a full-time Program Coordinator for Online Programs. The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative contact for our online programs. The College of Arts and Sciences is one of the largest at the university and currently offers fully online programs at the Bachelors' and Masters' levels, as well as online general education courses that serve other online programs across the university. This position will support the College's commitment to the success of the entire university's online degree portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a valuable contributor to the cross-disciplinary team, as well as be able towork independently and solve problems. Job Overview Plan, design, evaluate, modify, and coordinate programs for a department or college. Essential Functions * Assist with administrative support of online program initiatives. * Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. * Develop, administer, and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports. * Serve as a liaison between the college and UC Online. * May conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other benchmark information to develop grant proposals, new program ideas, and propose program changes. * Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time. Required Education Bachelor's Degree. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Required Trainings/Certifications N/A Required Experience One (1) year of program coordination experience. Additional Qualifications Considered * Experience in working in administrative support. * Experience in working in an academic setting. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, database software, and educational systems such as Canvas. * Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based atmosphere.
