The Product Manager – Stereo and MR Portfolio for Mammotome is responsible for the success of our stereotactic and magnetic resonance (MR) product lines by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies designed to maximize sales, profitability and procedure adoption.

This position is part of the Americas Marketing team located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be on-site. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Product Marketing team and report to the Director, Americas Marketing and Education responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of our customers within the ultrasound modality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies specifically for the stereotactic and MR portfolio, focusing on maximizing market penetration and revenue growth and inclusive of positioning, sales force engagement, pricing, and promotion.

  • Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, Marketing Communications, and other departments to identify and address any field challenges or opportunities, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales execution.

  • Assist in the development of targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to support regional and national sales goals.

  • Oversee the effective launch of new products, ensuring all marketing and sales tools are prepared and deployed, and contribute to the development of future product plans and business strategies by collaborating with internal and external partners.

  • Represent the US region in new product development discussions, providing valuable input and forecasts based on market needs and customer feedback.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, business development, medical device sales, medical device or pharmaceutical marketing, or a related role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Sales or Clinical role or a related field.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and working effectively across global teams.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • 25% travel, including both domestic and international locations.

  • Travel assignments typically range from 3-5 days with overnight stays.

  • Occasional requirements include walking, sitting, standing, and handling objects.

  • Travel by car and air is necessary, with potential long wait times.

  • Predominantly office-based work with a quiet to moderate noise level.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated experience in product management with a focus on downstream marketing activities and juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Background in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

  • MBA preferred

The salary range for this role is $125,000-135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
