Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Pod Lead- TPRM Manager based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role primarily involves overseeing the delivery of project requirements, conducting client meetings, and ensuring adherence to client information and confidentiality agreements. You will also be working in close collaboration with delivery teams and client-facing project leads, providing them with information and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the high-quality delivery of project requirements and service levels throughout the project life cycle.

• Conduct client meetings, including project kickoff and closing meetings.

• Prepare and review client project deliverables and reports.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement and communicate best practices and process knowledge.

• Provide information and data analysis for client-facing project leads.

• Perform job administration responsibilities, including status reports and budget to actuals.

• Inspire and provide growth and development opportunities for the team.

• Assess and mitigate risks to ensure that project controls, including statutory and regulatory requirements, are in place.

• Review and ensure adherence to client information and confidentiality agreements.

• Play an integral role in fostering a positive culture through relationship building.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related field

• Proficient in assessing various types of risks

• Expertise in compliance risk management

• Demonstrated experience in credit risk management

• Ability to lead and guide a team effectively

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of risk assessment software would be advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required

• Certifications in Risk Management are preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
