Pathology Technician, First Shift, Pathology Department UC Health is hiring a full-time Pathology Technician for the pathology department for first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The Pathology Technician aids Anatomic Pathology attendings and residents as well as performs gross dissection and dictation of simple pathology specimens. The Pathology Technician performs autopsy services, maintains the autopsy suite, receives, accessions, and processes pathology specimens, and assists with specimen resolution, instrument trouble shooting and the maintaining of policies and procedures. • Minimum Required: Associate's Degree - Laboratory Science, Mortuary Science, or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree - Laboratory Science, Mortuary Science, or equivalent
• Minimum Required: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience
• Preferred: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
