Description

Robert Half is looking for an onboarding/implementation manager for a growing Cincinnati company. The onboarding/implementation manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations for new clients implementation needs. • CPA

• Accounting degree

• 3 or more years accounting experience

• Supervisory experience a plus

• Leadership qualities

• Interpersonal skills needed to effectively interact with clients and staff on a daily basis

• 100% remote but living in greater Cincinnati

• Assertive and can work independently with little supervision and also as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Definite pluses:

• Experience in outsourced accounting

• Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience

• Experience in onboarding/implementing outsourced accounting clients/locations

• Experience with Intacct and Quickbooks

Requirements - Hands-on experience with NetSuite

• Experience with Software Implementations

• Implementation services experience highly valued

• Adeptness in QuickBooks Enterprise

• Restaurant operations experience highly preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge of Quickbooks Online

• Good understanding of Client implementations

• QuickBooks experience

• Comprehension of Implementations management

• Background working with Hospitality management

• Previous experience working with implementation

• bill.com experience

• Strong familiarity with Sage Intacct

• Earlier work involving CPA

• Intacct ERP experience

• General familiarity with QuickBooks Pro

• Intacct experience desired

• Practical knowledge of Restaurant industry

• CPA/MBA preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Solid technical skills
