Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant in the manufacturing industry located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining order quality, supporting the order fulfillment process, and providing general support with basic tasks related to inventory management and manufacturing supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that parts on hand match what has been ordered to maintain order quality

• Ensure shipping documents are accurate, and that information is properly captured and archived

• Run reports and analyze basic data to support the order fulfillment process

• Print necessary documents and assist in answering emails from the aftermarket service team

• Provide general support in managing inventory and manufacturing supplies

• Undertake additional duties as required

• Use Word and Excel for data entry and other tasks

• Follow OSHA safety guidelines in all operations

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a necessary requirement for this role.

• Must be skilled in data entry, with a proven track record in maintaining accurate records.

• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.

• Knowledge of Osha Safety guidelines is essential, with the ability to implement these guidelines in the workplace.

• The candidate must understand and adhere to all safety guidelines within a manufacturing environment.
