Job Overview: This position has 24-hour accountability for the intake and admission functions for HOC, including the pillars of quality, safety, compliance, service, growth, people/culture, and financial performance. Acts as a servant leader with responsibility for creating and sustaining a caring and compassionate culture that fosters team member engagement and retention. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business, Healthcare Administration or Leadership 2-3 years experience Clinical Healthcare 2-3 years experience Progressive Leadership Job Responsibilities: Service: With intake and admission functions serving as the front door to HOC Navigator programs and services, ensures timely, highly responsive and excellent customer service with referral sources and community partners, and newly referred patients and f Quality/Safety/Compliance: Ensures patient care is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered, and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Achieves quality and safety pillar goals. Growth: Achieves admission goals, internal intake and admission dashboard goals, and growth pillar goals. People/Culture: Consistently practices the TriHealth way of leading. Is supportive of management and shared leadership decisions. Frequent communication to team members to keep everyone informed and to obtain ongoing team member feedback and ideas.
