Additional Responsibilities :

The Data & Analytics managers primary responsibility is to manage and lead projects/activities related to building the modern data ecosystem while working with IT and business to convert insights into strategic opportunities. This individual will lead and manage a team of Data architects, Data technology engineers, Data scientists and Reporting and BI experts to drive business outcomes through analytics interventions.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years of Experience :

10 year(s) of experience in data and analytics management with at least 8 years of experience of leading various data and analytics program/initiatives of large sizes with 3 years experience managing and delivering Managed Data and Analytics programs (Managed services and Managed assets)

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Demonstrate experience of ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Knowledge management, Release management, Data DevOps etc.;

  • Work with and create Data warehouses and dashboards using industry leading data and analytics tools and technologies.;

  • Lead multiple Data & Analytics projects to build, develop and maintain data & analytics ecosystem, dashboarding & reporting systems, that support key business decisions;

  • Lead the design and delivery of Data processing activities like Data Ingestion, Data processing (ETL and ELT), Data cleansing, profiling, and wrangling, Data Governance (Data Quality, Lineage and Data security), Master Data management, BI reporting, and Analytics;

  • Lead and drive estimations and sizing effort related to Data analytics work, plan and build teams utilizing onsite/offshore mix, utilizing deployment models for efficient delivery of solution;

  • Lead discussions with IT teams for large transformation/migration initiatives of migrating the on-prem Data warehouses to advanced platforms like cloud;

  • Work with various team leads including Business teams and Efficiently Manage risks and issues related delivery of Data and Analytics assets;

  • Identify new opportunities for growth in the Data & Analytics area and drive them to closure with respective stakeholders (internal as well as external);

  • Perform as a team leader by creating a positive environment, build proven team members based on coaching and mentoring, shaping next generation of Data analytics leaders;

  • Monitor workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

  • Communicate progress and impact of insights initiatives to all stakeholders within and outside of the company;

  • Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and supervise team members;

  • Work with clients to build advanced DW concepts like Data Lakes, Data Fabric, Data Vault, Data Mesh etc.;

  • Analyze business functions and drive IT transformations to creating analytics models and related insights;

  • Lead cloud scale development effort for Data Integration technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including how to streamline design, automation, and orchestration of enterprise data that support large business transformation and processes;

  • Lead multi-cloud/hybrid cloud data integration solutions;

  • Understand the Data strategy for an organization and help realize Roadmap to take the organization to the next level of Data ecosystem maturity;

  • Anticipate and plan future demands of initiatives related to resources, technology needs, accurate estimations, cost budgeting and design/implement solutions to meet these needs;

  • Evangelize the need of using Data at scale drive Data onboarding initiatives with business;

  • Ideate and create and leverage accelerators for quicker time to market of deliverables; and,

  • Lead the development of intellectual property related to Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Insights and delivery market leading point of views at industry events.

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
