Imaging Project Coordinator - Logistics Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Imaging Services Job Summary Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a focus on Logistics within our Imaging department! Responsibilities Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements. Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - US and OUS Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments. Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out. Managing inventory software Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (required),in health sciences/related field Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
