HR Business Partner Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Human Resources Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Cincinnati, OH with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures; Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management; Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions; Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues; Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making; Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends; Collaborate with Talent Aquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and Develop and present employee and management trainings; Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in HR; Knowledge of federal and state employment laws; Medpace Overview Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
