Salary: $33,280 - $52,000 year Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Job Details/Requirements: Set up, operate, and maintain the folder gluer machine Ensure safety by correcting or reporting unsafe conditions Train apprentices and entry-level staff Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance Glue and fold various sizes and types of cartons Match samples to glued and folded pieces Maintain high quality and productivity standards Ability to read and follow job tickets and schedules Good math skills Effective communication with supervisors, managers, coworkers, and customers Company Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company-paid disability, and 401k with company match..
