Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Global Materials Compliance and Product Stewardship Professional in Cincinnati, OH to help us grow our Global Product Stewardship and compliance practice and participate in client development activities. You must have a strong background in product hazard assessment, regulatory compliance, and chemical and product registration, as well as an entrepreneurial attitude, and enthusiasm for supporting business development and technical efforts to expand Geosyntec's market share. The successful candidate will have a background in international and domestic regulatory programs such as REACH, GHS, FHSA and TSCA, FIFRA and/or FDA compliance programs, as well as a background in hazard and risk evaluations related to exposure and due diligence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support client goals and projects related to domestic and international materials and chemical product registration, safety and compliance, and related risk and liability issues including transactional due diligence; Support client needs related to REACH, GHS, FHSA and TSCA programs as well as global raw material management and product supply chain compliance; Provide technical support to multiple projects and project teams within the scope/budget/schedule expectations, ensuring the highest quality standards on project deliverables; Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business; Assist Project Managers with management of technical tasks and project-related budget and financial tracking; Support project teams and initiatives related to environment, health, and safety compliance for multiple industrial client groups; and, Support developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals. Training: We offer professional development opportunities including in-house seminars, webinars, and mentoring, that allow our professionals to build the technical and business skills necessary to become successful consultants. Fieldwork and overnight travelmay occasionally also be necessary. Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, toxicology, environmental engineering, other applicable related degree.
