Description: An Enterprise Solutions Technical Project Manager job is currently available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen, and must possess an Active Secret security clearance or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you must hold an active CompTIA Security+ certification or be willing to obtain one.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in the Enterprise Solutions Architecture space having deployed numerous implementations. They will also have experience performing Project Management roles and responsibilities required for driving definition of requirements and design through implementation of solutions across multiple teams.
JOB DUTIES:
Strategic Alignment with Business Relationship Managers and stakeholders to define requirements
Drive and govern common standards and guidelines
Contributing to creation and maintenance of process and a documentation repository
Supporting the development of architecture governance structures
Enabling an SDLC placement and framework to ensure projects are accomplished per guidelines
Developing a business friendly Enterprise Architecture overview to educate teams and ensure adoption of standard processes and solution re-use.
Assist in shaping information and ideas into project demands
Managing responses and tracking of successful design deployments and non-rework of requirements definition
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience driving solution outcomes across stakeholder vertical domains: Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security
Excellent business acumen that enables alignment of requirements and designs to an integrated roadmap of business outcomes, needed capabilities, and business strategy.
Ability to translate business needs into Enterprise Architecture requirements and design work
General Knowledge of components within Enterprise Architecture
Candidates must be US Citizens and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years.
Candidates must have (or be willing to obtain) the CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Experience with Enterprise Architecture governance practices.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $120,000-$150,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
