UC Health Director of Clinical Operations - Cardiology, Pulmonary, and Sleep Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio

UC Health is hiring a full-time, on-site Clinical Operations Director at UC Health.

This position serves in key leadership roles in collaboration with UC Health, UCP, and UC-COM leadership. This individual functions as an expert practice leader, educator, and consultant to both patient and physician support staff. This position will also include Ambulatory Cardiology, Pulmonary, and Sleep Medicine.

The Director of Clinical Operations provides leadership to managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff accountable for results/performance of multiple related teams guided by the organizational-wide strategy. Develops functional departmental plans including business, quality, regulatory, and productivity to align with organizational priorities. The position provides oversight 24/7 for assigned programs, both on patient and employee outcomes (Safety & Quality).
