Pay Rate: $16-$20 per hour Shifts Available: First and Second As a Digital Bindery Operator, you'll play a vital role in our print manufacturing environment, focusing on cost reduction, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain multiple pieces of bindery equipment Make adjustments to machines per job instructions Meet and exceed production standards while ensuring customer quality requirements Communicate job status, production concerns, and machine issues Troubleshoot problems and develop corrective actions Foster teamwork among team members and between shifts Perform equipment cleaning tasks and attend equipment operator meetings Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more repeatedly Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for machine setup and operation Good interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members Reliability demonstrated through attendance, punctuality, and staying in the work area Experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train those eager to learn Join us and enjoy weekly pay, a supportive team environment, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K options for you and your family.
