People Working Cooperatively (PWC) has an immediate opening for a Development Coordinator in the greater Cincinnati area. PWC's purpose is to provide critical home repairs, accessibility modifications, and energy conservation services for very low-income homeowners so they can continue to live independently, safely and more healthily in their own homes. The Development Coordinator is part of the Development Team who is responsible for raising community awareness as well as to raise public and private funds through annual appeals, major gifts, event sponsorships, and grant writing in support of PWC's mission. The position is non-supervisory, full-time, salaried, exempt.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Development Coordinator to join our team in supporting our Development Department at People Working Cooperatively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, organizational skills, proficiency in writing, experience in event planning, familiarity with graphic design software, and the ability to create engaging social media content.

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, assist in occasional mailings and some data entry.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.
