Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in handling customer interactions related to product orders and providing support to both vendors and suppliers. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status.

• Coordinate with our sales team, vendors, and customers to provide accurate quotes.

• Enter customer data and orders into our system with a high level of accuracy.

• Handle email correspondence effectively to ensure customer queries are addressed promptly.

• Maintain a comprehensive schedule of appointments and ensure all are attended to.

• Generate purchase orders as needed and ensure they are processed correctly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and perform other administrative tasks.

• Balance multiple tasks effectively to ensure all customer service functions are completed.

• Leverage your customer service skills to provide high-quality service to our customers. Requirements • Prior experience in a Customer Service role within a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with data entry and order entry

• Excellent skills in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Ability to respond professionally and effectively to email correspondence

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Ability to schedule appointments and generate purchase orders

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently

• Flexibility to work in shifts if required

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
