Substitute/As-Needed/Fill-in Cultural Arts Instructor in Delhi Township, Ohio

As a Cultural Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for the implementation, and delivery of Cultural arts, Fine Arts, Culinary Arts, Performing Arts and Craft Programs for all ages. You will offer outcomes- based visual or performance arts and craft classes and activities inside and/or outside of the facility and drive participation, engagement, outcomes, customer satisfaction.

Number of hours working will depend on scheduling demand.

What You'll Do

Offer classes and programs in alignment with community culture that enables success for Delhi Residents and surrounding community members.

Create arts programs that maximize engagement. Pursues and implements innovative approaches and best practices within all engagement programming.

Provide ongoing preparation of programs. Ensures program details and and support materials meet the needs for delivering programs to residents and are age appropriate.

Maintain appropriate clean environment of assigned program spaces conducive to maximum engagement outcomes.

Exhibit effective leadership and teamwork along with positive attitude. Provides excellent customer service.

Work with adults and school aged children.

Minimum Requirements

Must be 17 years of age or older.

Adult, Child/Infant CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

Art Instruction experience preferred.

Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.

Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.

Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $14.00/Hour - $20.00/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
