Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You'll Do Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within Retail and Consumer Products sector. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for critical strategic and operational areas. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gap in current trade promotion management activities. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following: •Developing enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advising Retail and Consumer Product clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and processes, including incident, problem, and change in Supply Chain management, Inventory, and Fulfillment solutions; • Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis, tools and algorithms utilizing Power BI, Kibana, Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Application Insights, Firebase, and Datadog; •Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Robust Product Strategy to provide scalable designs and technical solutions to clients; •Working across all phases of the Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Iterative model for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients; •Designing and implementing enhancements, process improvements, and custom solutions that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy using design roadmap, Value Estimate and Value Realization and Progress reports; •Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, Dynatrace and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) status and progress reports; and •Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel data analysis, including Pareto and visualization tools, and using MS Power BI and Grafana.
