Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Leader in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Oversee the creation of innovative and transformative Cloud-based technology solutions that address clients' next generational needs; create effective IT visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Lead the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires [4] years of related work experience in each of the following: • Overseeing the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, including the design and development of Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services; • Overseeing the design and implementation of data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) and SQL, and including data cleansing and conversions, interface design and development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting; • Leading Cloud Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure professional services teams that specialize in cloud infrastructure, Application Programming Interface (API) integration, REST & SOAP web services, computer networks, operating systems knowledge, and distributed computing; • Overseeing the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum project profitability, using Mercury and Flex; • Leading and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) creation, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), point of view development, and eminence. • Leading and implementing business transformation initiatives, utilizing Microsoft (MS) BizTalk, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Corticon Rules Engine, C++.NET and Java programming languages, and DevOps; and • Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
