FIS Global Compliance Analyst II in Cincinnati, Ohio

Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Business Administration Travel Percentage : 1 - 5% Job Description About the team: The Merchant and Partner Payment Data Security Team provides support and guidance to internal and external clients regarding compliance with rigorous data security standards that are mandated by the major payment card networks -American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. This includes the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) as well as the 14 other standards under PCI Security Standards Council management. The Team is part of the Legal, Compliance, and Risk organization supporting all of Worldpay globally. What you will be doing: Managing a global portfolio of level 1 and 2 merchants to ensure timely and complete submission of annual PCI DSS validation in order to minimize non-compliance fines and prevent cardholder data breaches. Reviewing compliance validation documentation for adequacy and recording and tracking key details from documentation to help monitor merchant risk. Supporting others within the team to compile and submit card network mandated merchant compliance status reporting. Working directly with the card brands to secure extensions on behalf of merchants when warranted Assist with creation and delivery of related educational material and webinars on an as needed basis to further inform Worldpay clients of the requirements and their compliance obligations. Research and respond to data security rule related inquiries from merchant clients and internal departments. Maintains knowledge of applicable rules and requirements Monitors and communicates rule and requirement changes that impact Worldpay and its clients. What you will bring: Prior payments industry experience and knowledge Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills Ability to understand technical documents and card brand reference materials. Ability to understand and apply learned concepts. Have a proactive nature and seek solutions to problems that are identified. Ability to manage a broad and complex range of ongoing issues. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively on own initiative. Actively contribute to team discussions.
