Job Description As the Lifecycle Services Business Lead, you willhelp with commercial marketing activities,develop competency for sellers and domain experts,interface withLifecyle Services Team,manage performance, funnel and forecasting, andprovide neededsupport between selling teamsand theLifecycle ServicesBusinesses. You will report to the Lifecycle Services Business Team Lead. Your Responsibilities: Achieve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibilities. This includes both the Services and Solutions businesses. Manage business performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses. Develop knowledgeof portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services. Build and use knowledge of our industry strategies and become familiar with outcome-based selling principles. Develop and execute annual Business Plan for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services. Ensure regional selling resources maintain the appropriate competencies across assignedLifecycleServicesofferings. Plan and implement commercial programs related toLifecycleServicesresponsibility. Influence and operate across a matrixed organization Lead launch of newofferingsto the sales team and channel. Providefeedbackto appropriate portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes delivered by our solutions. Collaborate and share insights with regional and global peers. Participate in trade shows, seminarsandothermarketing activities Pursue personal learning, development of skills in job-related technical and professional areas. Participate in calls and meetings by phone or in-person. How You Work: Build customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening. A valid driver's license. The ability to travel up to 40% travel to customers within assigned geography will be required. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical field.
