Senior Enterprise Account Executives sell maintenance Service and Solutions offerings within the Enterprise Zone for Smart Infrastructure (SI). This role manages and grows the assigned market through business development with owners and end users. The Senior Account Executive achieves growth and volume projections for building automation controls / energy management control systems and will be responsible for acquiring new customers to meet goals. Vertical market focus is on high-end commercial office building, critical environments, and pharmaceutical clients.

This is a remote position although we prefer to have someone located in the Eastern half of the country with the ability to cover the entire U.S.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Proficiently develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities in assigned vertical markets while skillfully collaborating with both internal and external partners with a focus on the Healthcare Market

  • Develop high-quality best total solutions that fit customer strategic and operational requirements

  • Conduct ongoing assessment of sales goals within assigned area and determine how to focus efforts to achieve incremental sales growth within the strategic plan

  • Contribute to the development of the long-term strategic plan and pricing strategies for the Zone

  • Participate in team selling with Building Automation Solutions, Fire, and Security divisions, as well as collaboration with Low-Medium Voltage and other Siemens Divisions

  • Prepare accurate and thorough customer account activities, sales activity reports, competitor reports, forecast reports, and expense tracking and reporting

  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new customer base through participation in civic and professional organizations, sales department meetings, workshops, and seminars

  • Participate in vertical market trade shows and becomes a company advocate in national association meetings

You’ll make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with proven sales and account management skills in the building automation controls industry

  • In-depth building automation product and consulting service knowledge with strong technical and financial skills

  • Executive-level strategic sales skills

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

  • Must be at least 21 years old to participate in required Siemens vehicle plan, and possess a valid Driver's License in good standing with limited violations

  • High school diploma, state-recognized high school proficiency exam, or state-recognized GED

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field

  • The pay range for this position is $88,340 - $151,440 along with an upcapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
