Job Description

A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Program Director to support unaccompanied minors at a foster care location. The Bilingual Assistant Program Director will report to the Program Director and assist the Program Director with the programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational systems related to the provision of care and services. The Bilingual Assistant Program Director is also responsible for managing program departments and assisting the Program Director of regular and timely reports to ORR regarding operations, services, and finances; establishing a respective and supportive workplace environment; elevating any issues or concerns to ORR.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or another relevant behavioral science degree

• 5 years of progressive social services or childcare agency employment experience.

• fluent in Spanish and English - written and verbal - ORR experience

• 1 year of supervisory experience null
