Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Program Manager with a strong background in aerospace and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing updates to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in composite manufacturing and a strong understanding of scheduling and resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program/project timelines and requirements.
Develop and maintain a baseline schedule in a project plan format.
Coordinate with task owners to gather progress updates and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Analyze critical path actions and assess schedule impacts due to changes in commitments.
Support hardware movement through the process to prevent stagnant inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) delays.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with composite manufacturing processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver timely updates.
Software Experience Desired:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Open Plan.
