For more information visit gobearcats.com. Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for an Associate Director of Marketing and Fan Experience. This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package. The position will be hired at the Associate or Director level depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.The position requires evening and weekend hours. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a world-class experience for our fans and manage a diverse range of marketing duties with a focus on generating revenue and increasing attendance at athletic events while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. Essential Functions Manage and implement all marketing and promotional plans for assigned sports (Men's Basketball, Women's Soccer, Track & Field). Assist in the marketing, promotion of football, including gameday operations and game presentation. Support fan experience elements for football, men's basketball, and other sports as needed, including but not limited to tailgating, open houses, spring games, pep rallies, etc. Create strategies, build relationships, and implement fan experiences to positively differentiate live home events from watching on television, in turn enhancing fan engagement and increasing attendance at assigned sports, specifically through student, youth, family and community outreach efforts. Develop and implement creative, innovative, and impactful ideas for fueling the intensity of interest in Bearcats athletics.
