Additional Full-Time Benefits: 401k Medical, Dental, Vision Paid time off Short Term & Long-Term Disability The Spirit of the Position: As an Ambassador/Concierge, you will assist guests in various ways, including, but not limited to: Welcoming guests to the hotel and answering various requests. Park and retrieve valeted vehicles. Assist guests with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms. Respond to various questions related to transportation, sightseeing, dining, and other concierge-related topics. Maintain relationships with clients and respond to concerns and inquiries. Responsibility: Key Log: Provide keys to the JANCOA cleaning crew and ensure they sign in and out. Incoming Calls: Handle after-hours office calls that route to the desk. If the call is for you or Margret, send it to your voicemail or take a physical message. Emergency Response: When a tenant reports smoke or water, gather location information. Immediately call 911 and then contact Tim until he answers. For fire panel alarms, take a picture of the device and text it to Tim, followed by a phone call. Perimeter Security and Surveillance: Utilize onsite cameras to monitor the building's perimeter. If vagrancy occurs within your line of sight, politely request that they leave (if possible). If the situation is outside your view, promptly call the police. If you feel uncomfortable engaging with an individual, call the police immediately.
