Pioneer in behavioral health treatment for adults, children, and families Named a Top Workplace every year since 2010 Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Holidays Flexible schedules 403(b) Retirement Professional development opportunities Position Responsibilities: Co-respond to low-level, non-violent crisis calls through emergency communications Provide brief clinical assessment, intervention, and de-escalation Rapidly build rapport and connect individuals to needed services Collaborate closely with partner first responder Complete documentation and data tracking Requirements: Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field Licensed in Ohio (SWT, LSW, LISW, CT, LPC, LPCC) Crisis intervention, de-escalation, and engagement skills Ability to exercise clinical judgment Valid driver's license with solid driving record Comfort working independently with remote supervision Join this groundbreaking crisis response effort!
