Location: Downtown Cincinnati

Job Type: Full-time onsite minimum of 3 days a week

Salary – Depends on experience

Exciting opportunity for sharp motived professional Accountant to join growing company

An Accountant who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities will include invoicing clients, managing billing contract compliance, reconciling cash receipts, and tracking aging accounts receivable.

Additionally, you will oversee accounts payable and receivable relationships, conduct operational triage, and ensure certification compliance.

We need an Accountant who can leverage their talent, skills, and ability to scale our accounting processes alongside the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Accurately invoice clients while ensuring compliance with billing contracts.

  • Accounts Receivable (A/R): Track and follow up on aging accounts.

  • Accounts Payable (A/P): Reconcile cash receipts and credit card transactions.

  • Relationship Management: Manage A/P and A/R relationships.

  • Financial Transactions Processing: Process transactions accurately, create journal entries, and generate project reports.

  • Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow and prepare liquidity reports.

  • Financial Statement Package: Prepare comprehensive financial statements for leadership.

  • Tax and Financial Vendor Support: Provide documentation for tax filings and audits.

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and support financial vendors.

  • Ad-Hoc Financial Analyses: Conduct analyses to support business initiatives.

  • Project Reporting: Generate and analyze financial performance reports.

  • Timesheet Auditing: Ensure accuracy of timesheets for resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required)

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting a plus

  • 5-10 years of professional accounting experience (Required)

  • Public accounting experience (a plus)

  • Experience with smaller companies (<100 employees) (a plus)

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools

  • Advanced Excel skills
