Description

A prestigious firm in Chula Vista, CA seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate should have the ability to work well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, manage high volumes of work and diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow by assigning tasks, tracking project progress, and resolving issues.

• Prepare and edit communications including letters, reports, emails, and presentations.

• Provide support to senior leadership and staff by scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with legal terms and procedures is highly desirable.
