岗位职责:

1,依据公司相关政策建立、维护和发展销售网络,负责代理商的开发、培训、评估和监督;

2,制定所辖区域销售计划,推进渠道达成销售目标,对渠道销售业绩负责;

3,保持代理商和区域间顺畅的信息交流渠道;

4,负责项目信息收集,掌握所辖区域市场的项目信息,保证对市场容量有清晰的认识;

5,在E系统内进行项目登记、跟踪评审进程并参与项目谈判、合同签订及合同履行中的协调;

6,制作报价书、投标书、合同等文本资料;

7,及时分析项目成功和失败的原因,提出改进措施和建议并向上级主管提交项目总结报告;

8,收集竞争对手的产品、价格、政策信息,与市场部配合制定可行的应变措施;

9,提交有关代理商、项目管理、合同管理和市场信息报告;

10,负责定金、提货款及货到工地款的回收,保持与客户、代理商的联络;

11,配合安装监督、维保人员及应收款专员与代理商和客户的协调工作;

12领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1,大专以上学历,机电类或管理类专业。

2,年以上销售相关工作经验。

  1. 熟练使用办公软件。

4, 熟练掌握了解竞争环境及主要竞争对手、合同条款、电/扶梯产品知识。

5, 有简单的英文沟通和读写能力。
