Your Role
As a Contract Logistics Safety Specialist, you will ensure the highest quality standards in logistics operations. Your key responsibilities include reviewing and verifying processes, conducting root cause analysis on errors and customer complaints, and implementing preventative measures. You will maintain ISO-compliant documentation, utilize co-packing software, and propose process improvements. Additionally, you will deliver and explain quality control reports to stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
To review all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes + ensuring that all required quality standards are met at all times.
To analyze internal + external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures + optimization of quality processes.
To create + maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards.
To use co-packing software + any other tools necessary, as well as creating + proposing new solutions to improve co-packing processes.
To deliver + explain various quality control reports as required.
Your Skills and Experiences
The candidate must have at least 2-3 years of working experience as a safety officer either in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
The candidate shall be graduated from Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
Well verse in safety operation and processes is preferred. Has done training to the employees on the safety related matters would be additional advantage.
Able to read and write in English.
